Jamie was running his own personal training business whilst working part time in a local school gym. He has gained many qualifications including the wright foundations - GP referral specialist accreditation.  Through his work he has witnessed first- hand the problems associated with obesity and  decided a pro active approach was needed to make a change. After spending much of his working life training adults, he has decided to use all his skills to help children in the local community enjoy physical activity.

Harriet was working for a local radio station. Spending most of her working day surrounded by children, encouraging them to get active.  After her time with the radio station she became aware that working full time with children to get the nation active was the career path she wanted.

They have now decided to team up in business to run Fitkid Colchester offering fun, enjoyable and educational activity sessions to children throughout Colchester and the surrounding areas .
