A Solution to Combat Child Obesity has been Found

Dorset based company FitKid, launched its Franchise for the first time at the NEC, with a special plea to help combat the frightening emerging statistics on UK childhood obesity.

FitKid started the two day exhibition by causing a stir through offering exhibitors the chance to earn over £25K working just 10 hours per week by purchasing a 5 year FitKid Franchise at a rate of £7.5k. The Franchise provides a realistic solution to help reduce child obesity by making fitness fun and developing essential life skills at an early age.

Nicky Kay, FitKid’s Development Director and mother of two, was delighted with the level of support and interest from visitors at the exhibition.

“It’s important to us to spread the word about childhood obesity and work with as many people as possible to give our children the best possible start. Child obesity is estimated to be 30% by 2010 and with frightening statistics becoming even more real, it was only a matter of time before we offered FitKid’s successful business model as a franchise.”

The FitKid Franchise supports government initiatives to improve child fitness. FitKid achieves this by making active play a priority and most importantly, enjoyable.
