Nick Jr, which reaches 4 million viewers a month, has joined up with children’s fun fitness authority FitKid to develop an easy-to-follow movement-based routine that toddlers will enjoy.

A Lottery for Child Fitness
FitKid is working with Bournemouth and Poole Borough Council’s to get kids fit and active as part of the National Out of School hours initiative.
The scheme is funded by the Big Lottery and has proved a hit with schools and the children attending.
